INTELLUM LABS: VIDEO MODULE

Supercharge learner management, enrollment, reporting, and more! Integrating the Intellum Platform with your tech stack just got much easier.

Working with an Intellum Technical Consultant, you can scope out the exact integrations, triggers, and actions you need to manage the flow of data between Intellum and your other systems of record.

We will build, test, and manage custom Workato recipes to your specifications, freeing you from the complexities of API management and the minutiae of troubleshooting third-party connections.

ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE

We’re excited to announce that the Learner side of the Intellum Platform has again been independently certified to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1, level A and AA standards! Verified by Ability, Inc., this certification ensures a more inclusive experience for all learners. This update means you can continue to confidently create learning programs that are accessible to everyone, enhancing engagement and compliance.

The Intellum Platform is regularly assessed for compliance with the latest WCAG standards and improving accessibility is a standing item on the product roadmap.

Evolve

NEW ACCOUNT OWNER ROLE

We’re introducing a new Account Owner role for each Intellum Evolve instance, effective October 6, 2024.

The Account Owner will serve as the primary point of contact for managing subscription and billing information. This role will initially be assigned to the Admin who first created your Evolve instance, but it can be reassigned as needed.

To support this change, there will be a scheduled downtime on October 6 from 7 AM to 9 AM EST. During this time, Evolve will be unavailable while we implement these updates.

Note: Identified Account Owners will receive an email with more information in the coming weeks.

UPDATED PRICING AND PACKAGING

We’re simplifying Evolve’s pricing and packaging to better serve your needs.

These changes will go into effect for new customers starting on October 6, 2024. Existing accounts will be migrated to the new packaging between October 6 and early 2025. New pricing will not go into effect until January 2025. Your Account Owner will receive an email with more information.

To support this change, there will be a scheduled downtime on October 6 from 7 AM to 9 AM EST. During this time, Evolve will be unavailable while we implement these updates.

No action is needed at this time. We’ll be in touch with more details as we approach these dates, including information on when your specific account will be migrated to the new packaging and when the new pricing will take effect.
