PURCHASABLE EVENT SESSIONS

We’re excited to announce an update to Intellum E-commerce designed to improve the event purchasing experience for your learners.

Previously, learners had to first purchase a scheduled activity before selecting their preferred session. This led to frustration when learners found that none of the available sessions fit their schedule, resulting in unnecessary headaches and refund requests.

Now, the purchase option is available at the Event Session level. This means learners can directly purchase the specific event session that suits their schedule. This change will:

• Reduce learner frustration: Learners can now confidently select and purchase the sessions that work best for them.

• Eliminate administrative burden: Fewer mis-purchased events mean fewer refund requests for your team to handle.
