Adaptive assessments help your learners measure progress toward completion by tracking their mastery across sections of an assessment, and let you add actions that recommend learning content if a learner falls shy of mastery. When a learner passes a section of questions, that section is removed from future assessment attempts. An adaptive assessment is considered complete when a learner meets the mastery score of each question section in the assessment.
This path offers an overview of the platform set up for adaptive assessments and walks you through enabling the Adaptive grade type for an assessment or evaluation, setting section mastery scores, and adding actions that suggest learning content for follow up. It also provides an overview of the learner's experience with adaptive assessments.
